I had a somewhat mixed experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, right across from Fisher Mall, and amenities like the rooftop bar and room service looked appealing. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the uncomfortable mattresses were a letdown. While the A/C worked well, I struggled with slow internet access during my stay.
